Andrea was born in Monterey, California. She attended the University of California Santa Cruz where she received a Bachelor of Art in the History of Art and Visual Culture. She is a graduate of California Western School of Law.

Andrea is a licensed attorney in the State of California. She is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association, the California State Bar Association, American Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
